Role Description The Director of Sales will oversee and drive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. Additional tasks will involve leading and mentoring the sales team, preparing reports on sales performance, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to enhance business outcomes. This is a full-time role based on-site in Albuquerque, NM. Qualifications Expertise in sales strategy development, revenue growth, and client relationship managementProficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunitiesStrong leadership, team management, and mentoring skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilitiesAbility to collaborate across teams, including marketing and operationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industryKnowledge of Albuquerque and regional markets a plus
