DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Wellness Advisor/Membership SalesReports to: Studio ManagerCOMPANY OVERVIEW:YogaSix believes everyone deserves the mind-body experience of yoga. YogaSix offers six different class types designed to accommodate students of all levels in a way that is empowering, encouraging, and fun. YogaSix was established in 2012 and is the fastest-growing boutique yoga company in the United States.POSITION:The Front Desk Team Member is crucial in driving membership sales and retaining current members by delivering exceptional customer service. They are expected to assist new and existing members in selecting classes, addressing membership questions and concerns, and facilitating retail purchases. We are looking for highly motivated and sales-driven individuals passionate about maintaining a strong YogaSix community by engaging with our members in the studio and at off-site events. Additionally, the Front Desk Team Member is also responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic studio environment at all times.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skillsGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targetsAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsDaily and/or occasional travel may be requiredAttend special events and trainings as neededPart-timeRESPONSIBILITIES:Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and closing the saleMeet and exceed sales goals as established by the General ManagerConduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate salesBe knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricingEmphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness providerBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotaParticipate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studioAssists with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environmentAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsOther duties as assignedPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of the job successfully.May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time. May be required to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car.
