This role involves providing both routine and complex care, with an ongoing ability to manage contingencies in clinical nursing.ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with their level of practice.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with appropriate protocols while monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided.Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureBachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.Minimum of 2 years recent electrophysiology experience required.Current BLS certification required (AHA only).Current ACLS certification required (AHA only).Valid RN License in the state of Texas or compact.One year of experience in a Critical Care setting preferred, but new graduates will be considered.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
