With a strong focus on the customer experience, this role will partner with a variety of business and technical teams to establish standards, create processes and develop informational and transactional web applications.This is a full-time onsite position located in Barneveld, WI with relocation assistance available. A hybrid work schedule will be considered, but candidates must be available to work onsite certain days per week.What You’ll Be DoingBuild and enhance web applications to support evolving business needsWork on Adobe Commerce’s frontend including theme development, design adjustments, and user interface enhancementsDesign and implement custom features, modules, and extensions based on project needsIntegrate and customize third-party plugins to meet specific client requirementsImplement seamless integrations with third-party platforms such as ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and other systemsPartner closely with various teams to establish and enforce UX and technical standardsActively participate in team code reviews to facilitate best practicesIntegrate data from various back-end services, applications, and databasesEvaluate project requirements and work collaboratively with team to develop technical solutions and recommendationsTest and debug code to identify and resolve issuesImplement testing tools and procedures to maintain performance and cross-browser compatibilityPerform security updates, patches, and framework upgrades to comply with industry standards and company policiesStay current with technology and best practices and, if applicable, leverage that knowledge to improve the Vortex applicationsOther duties as assignedRequirementsDegree or certification in web development or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing business-oriented websitesA minimum 3 years’ experience hands on development with Adobe Commerce or other eCommerce/CMS platformsHands on experience with development languages, including HTML.
