A certified HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner is adding a Technical Solutions Engineer to its growing RevOps practice. You'll design and deploy custom-coded integrations and automation solutions for B2B clients, working directly with a Director of Technical Solutions and a team of Solutions Engineers.⠀𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗬Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner specializing in Revenue Operations as a service. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in the Cleveland, Ohio area, the firm works with B2B companies to architect and implement HubSpot CRM, Growth Suite, and custom technical solutions across sales, marketing, and customer success operations.This is an 11-50 person consultancy with a strong reputation in the HubSpot partner ecosystem. The work is hands-on, client-facing, and technically demanding in the best way.⠀𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬You'll report to the Director of Technical Solutions and serve as the primary technical engineer for custom-coded projects. Your work sits at the intersection of backend development and business process consulting, building solutions that clients couldn't get from off-the-shelf HubSpot configuration alone.This role is built for someone who wants to own complex technical problems from scoping through handover, not just implement someone else's designs.𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗟𝗟 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗• Design and deploy custom API integrations connecting HubSpot to third-party platforms and client systems• Build workflow automation solutions that go beyond native HubSpot capabilities using Node.js, Python, or PHP• Scope custom projects alongside Solutions Engineers, defining technical requirements, timelines, and feasibility• Develop repeatable, plug-and-play solutions that can be packaged and deployed across multiple clients• Conduct peer code reviews and support User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet client specs• Maintain documentation covering architecture, logic, and troubleshooting steps for every custom build• Deliver completed solutions to client teams with training and handover support𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:• Hands-on experience with the HubSpot REST API for integrations and custom workflow logic• Backend development proficiency in Node.js, Python, or PHP• Experience building and deploying API integrations between CRM platforms and third-party tools• Strong understanding of software development best practices including security, performance, and documentation𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀:• HubSpot CMS, Operations Hub, or custom-coded actions experience• Background in a consulting or client-facing agency environment• Familiarity with RevOps frameworks (sales ops, marketing ops, or customer success ops)• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks⠀𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲: Fully remoteAdditional benefits details available during the interview process.Interested?
