Manager, Employee Experience

The Job/What You'll Do: The Manager of Employee Experience will champion, promote, and guide Solari's culture and employee experience initiatives across the enterprise. This position is critical to keeping the pulse of the organization and engaging leadership to maintain Solari's award-winning culture. The Manager of Employee Experience will assess the culture of the organization on an ongoing basis and identify actionable goals, measurable outcomes, and sustainable results. Responsibilities: Acts as a liaison to department heads to curate employee engagement and appreciation initiatives that meet the needs of the department. Manages the Top Workplaces survey process ensuring Solari maintains its status as a Top Workplace in all markets and provides report analysis and recommendations. Plans and executes employee events, elicits participation, and ensures consistent access across the enterprise. Ensures Solari's culture is inclusive and accessible. Establishes effective channels for communication between employees and management. Addresses concerns, provides feedback, and ensures a transparent flow of information. Develops strategies to enhance internal communication, employee satisfaction and engagement. Works collaboratively with the human resources department on recruitment and retention initiatives as they relate to company culture. Works collaboratively with the internal communications department to set strategy for employee award platform(s). Manages employee merchandise and apparel. Works with Chief Brand and Development Officer to plan and coordinate leadership meetings to engage and inspire Solari's senior leaders. Communicates effectively with stakeholders to evaluate plans and ensure the success of their initiatives. Education & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in General engagement experience with leadership or organizational development focus; project management; event planning, inclusion initiatives, required Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, or a related field, required Working Conditions: While performing the job duties in the office or at a home office, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands; they must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Exposure to noise typical with office operations. Ability to hear and speak.
