Maintenance Technician

Michigan Asset Group is a rapidly growing Property Management Company. We are currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and be available for on-call purposes. Come work for our company and watch yourself grow. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Turn apartments Complete work orders Preventative maintenance HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and all other service requests Plowing and grounds Required Experience: Excellent customer service Plowing Experience Required Hard worker Accept on-call responsibilities Facilities maintenance experience is a plus Must be able to pass a background check Valid Driver's License Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
