Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Title Agent based in Fayetteville, AR. The Title Agent will perform title searches, ensure a clear chain of title, and manage escrow and closing procedures. Responsibilities also include delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients throughout the transaction process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the accurate preparation of necessary documentation. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting Title Searches and reviewing the Chain of TitleExperience with Closings and managing Escrow processesStrong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and client relationship managementExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with real estate or title industry practices is preferredAbility to work effectively in an on-site environment in Fayetteville, ARHigh school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education or certifications in real estate or title services being a plus
