This VP will architect regional strategy and drive market share from to 15% by 2030. True P&L authority, entrepreneurial latitude, and direct C-suite access in a high-growth market.Direct all dealer sales, aftermarket, parts, service, and rental operations across the region. Build and scale team from 10 to 30+ people. Recruit dealers to fill coverage gaps. Execute five-year growth plan with quarterly accountability.
