Join our team as a Transportation Coordinator - Final Mile, where you'll help ensure on-time deliveries, coordinate carriers, and support daily logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in transportation or shipment coordination.We are seeking a full-time Transportation Coordinator to manage carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and on-time deliveries while providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriersMonitor shipment status and resolve service issuesCommunicate with stores, customers, and carriersMaintain shipping documentation and update TMS systemsQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ year of transportation, dispatch, or shipment coordination experienceExperience with NetSuite, TMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams preferredStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsSchedule:Tuesday-Saturday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMFull-time | Franklin, TN
