Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager/Customer Service Representative/Crew Chief based in Portland, OR. The role involves managing daily operations, overseeing projects from initiation to completion, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities also include inspecting job sites, ensuring quality compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient service delivery. Qualifications Experience in project management, expediting, and coordinating operationsSkills in inspection and quality assurance to assess project needs and standardsStrong understanding of logistics management and the ability to optimize workflowsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficientlyPreferred qualifications include experience in restoration or cleaning servicesValid driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements of the role
