Job Responsibilities Work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (shift end time varies). Clean homes following Class Act’s detailed procedures, including: Dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming, cleaning hard floors by hand, and making beds. Using a variety of tools and products (e.g., step stool, vacuum, mop, caddy). Carrying supplies between locations and up/down stairs as needed. Maintain and prepare cleaning equipment at the end of each shift. Drive and maintain a safe, clean company vehicle. Deliver excellent customer service in a professional, friendly way. Requirements Must: Speak, read, and write English. Be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs consistently during shifts. Live within 35 minutes of the home office in Raleigh, NC. Work around pets and be comfortable working alone or as part of a team. Have a valid driver’s license with 5+ years of excellent driving history. Be willing to check in personal cell phone with the office manager daily (company smart watch provided for office contact and emergencies). Professional, customer-facing appearance required (e.g., no facial jewelry, tattoos covered, limited unnatural hair colors). Must be: Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards. Positive, reliable, and punctual, with a documented attendance record. Trustworthy, organized, and passionate about cleaning and serving others.
