Associate Attorney

Job DescriptionPersonal injury law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and experienced team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney with a strong background in litigation and legal research. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and contribute to the success of our law office.Duties Conduct legal research and analyze relevant case law and regulations. Assist in the preparation and presentation of cases, drafting complaints, discovery, lien negotiation, mediation briefs, and depositions. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare legal documents. Utilize legal databases such as LexisNexis to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the law. Maintain organized and detailed records of case files, including all legal research and litigation documents. Provide exceptional client service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions. Participate in case evaluations and make recommendations for further action. Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing case files and scheduling appointments. Requirements A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. A current license to practice law in the state where the law office is located. Strong legal research and writing skills. Experience in litigation and legal research. Familiarity with personal injury. Knowledge of personal injury law. Experience working in a law office environment. Proficiency in legal databases, including LexisNexis.
