Assistant Software Programmer (React, Node, .Net, C #) and Security Guard

*PLEASE ANSWER ALL SCREENING QUESTIONS, EVEN IF INDEED SAYS OPTIONAL* This is two jobs in one: a security guard who also has software development skills, familiar with React, Node, .NET, and C Sharp. While working at one of our quiet posts and as a guard, you will also assist us develop a time and attendance and scheduling software solution that will have a special HR - messages tool, ensuring there are no problems in the workplace such as: *all previous pay was complete and accurate *meal and rest breaks were taken consistent with law *no harassment, discrimination, off-the-clock-work, injury Our guard company already has an Excel-based time and attendance, scheduling, messaging and invoicing system. Instead of relying on our employees to clock-in, we use our scheduler to create and send employee time sheets. The HR message accompanies the timesheet and employees verify everything is correct. Our Excel-based HR messaging system is so effective we hired a software developer to create an improved online version to be written in .NET, C Sharp with Node and React. It's worth emphasizing that we prefer someone willing to also learn our core security guard business as well, taking on some simple security-related tasks. This is NOT a remote position.
