(job duties):Processing, faxing, and HIPAA compliant dispersal of needed medical recordsConducting of authorizations for care coverageInsurance verification via telephone and email correspondence with various payorsGreet patients and visitors in a friendly, warm, and helpful mannerAssist in the prompt and accurate answering and routing of phone callsCommunicate clearly and efficiently in-person, via the telephone, and on any written communicationsAssure quality service for our patients and co-workersWhat we are looking for (requirements):High School Diploma or GEDAbility to type 40 words per minuteKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite -- Excel, Word, OutlookExcellent Customer Service experienceWhat would make you shine (preferred skills):At least one (1) year of related experience or familiarity with medical practice insurance verification
