In our office, we emphasize patient-centered care, ensuring that each appointment is given the time it deserves—no double-booking and no rushed cleanings. You will have the necessary time and support to deliver exceptional care.Bonus: We have a therapy dog in the office—dog lovers are a must!Schedule: Part-time positions available, starting with 1 day and potentially increasing to 2 days (Please apply if you are available on any of the following days)Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMThursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PMFriday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PMCompensation and Benefits:$45 to $55 per hour (based on experience)SIMPLE IRA with employer matchingReferral programKey Responsibilities:Deliver comfortable, patient-focused careConduct oral examinations and review patient health historiesIdentify dental conditions such as gingivitis, cavities, or periodontitisPerform cleanings, apply preventive treatments, and take X-raysEducate patients on effective oral hygiene practicesAssist the dentist with treatment planningMaintain precise patient recordsAdhere to sterilization and infection control protocolsQualifications:Current PA RDH licenseCertification in Local AnesthesiaExcellent communication skills and a friendly, collaborative demeanorStrong attention to detailExperience with Dentrix is preferred but not mandatoryIf you are seeking a nurturing environment where your contributions are genuinely appreciated and you can take pride in the care you provide, we would be thrilled to hear from you.
