Engineer (Media Streaming/GStreamer)

Required QualificationsProficiency in Python, especially for real-time and socket-based applications.Experience with GStreamer or similar multimedia frameworks.Understanding of SIP, RTP, and G.711 codec behavior.Familiarity with WebSocket protocols and streaming architectures.Strong Linux systems knowledge and basic networking skills.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).Preferred QualificationsExperience with OpenTelemetry or similar observability frameworks.Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Prior work with AI/ML service integration (e.g., OpenAI APIs).Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for media streaming and transport.Familiarity with C/C++ for potential GStreamer core-level debugging or open-source contributions.
