This role focuses on field-based construction coordination and quality audits for fiber and coax network deployments, with a strong emphasis on ensuring build quality, milestone tracking, and project lifecycle management.The standout feature of this role is the high level of autonomy and field exposure—this is a 80% field position where you’ll manage your own schedule, travel to various job sites, and play a key role in validating construction quality across rural and metro environments. They are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced with telecom construction processes and quality control systems.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience with underground fiber and mainline coax construction (100% required)Strong background in telecom construction and field operationsExperience performing field audits and quality control inspectionsFamiliarity with construction tracking systems such as JT/Polaris or similar toolsAbility to manage job lifecycle workflows and track project milestonesStrong documentation and reporting skillsAbility to read and interpret construction printsComfortable working independently in a field-based roleStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teamsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensivelyPlease note that this position requires Outside Plant construction experience.
