Angelic Steps Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our state of the art 4000 sq ft center in Davie, FL! An ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, hardworking, and a team player. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in leadership roles as well as those who have supervised Fieldwork Supervision hours. Responsibilities Include: Supervising and training staff Facilitating bi-weekly parent trainings Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans with socially significant goals that are individualized to meet the needs of clients Making data-driven treatment decisions Designing and implement effective, behavior change programs Updating client goals and treatment plans Providing Fieldwork Supervisees with well-rounded, enriching supervision experiences Other duties as specified Required Qualifications Include: A BCBA certificate in good standing Master's degree of higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Compensation and Benefits: Salary is competitive and dependent upon education and previous experience Health, vision, and dental insurance Voluntary enrollment in 401k with company matching Paid Holidays Performance- based Bonus structure Paid Time Off Opportunities for career advancement and growth Parental Leave Sick Leave Come join a team where supporting our employees is our number one priority!
