Property AssociatePosition SummaryWe are seeking a Property Associate to provide advanced administrative and operational support to a property management team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a Class A property and supporting multiple stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and internal teams.This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and prepare correspondence, reports, and documents with strong attention to grammar, formatting, and professionalismServe as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors, maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalismRespond to tenant and vendor requests in a timely and effective mannerAnalyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations or solutionsExercise sound judgment and make independent decisions in routine situationsPerform basic financial and business-related calculationsProcess and enter invoices into accounting systemsManage and maintain work order systemsPrepare and track service contracts for building operationsTrack Certificates of Insurance and ensure compliance requirements are metAssist with monthly reporting, budgeting, and financial trackingPartner with property leadership to maintain a Class A building standardSupport overall property operations and assist with process improvementsAssist with training team members as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required2+ years of professional experience in property management, administrative support, or related fieldExperience with budgeting, financial tracking, or P&L exposure preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to type a minimum of 60 WPM with accuracyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityCustomer service-oriented with a proactive mindsetAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesTeam player with the ability to work independentlyWork EnvironmentBusiness professional office settingPrimarily sedentary/light physical activityAdditional RequirementsMust be able to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMBackground check requiredAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
