Gridley Unified School DistrictSee attachment on original job postingBrief Description of Essential Duties Under the director of the Superintendent and Director of Curriculum and Instructional Technology Department, the District Teacher on Special Assignment will assist with coordination and implementation of Common Core State Standards, integration of technology into instruction, Services for English Language Learners, Professional Development, assessment program monitoring in the district, management of student data, initiatives on the District's technology implementation plan and other duties as determined by the Local Control Accountability Plan and District goals. Qualifications: 1. Baccalaureate degree and current CA teaching credential and/or Pupil Personnel Services credential 2. Valid California Drivers License 3. A minimum of five (5) years of teaching and/or counseling experience 4. Experience in professional development, training, coaching and facilitation in support of teachers 5. Strong understanding of district-specific technology 6. Experience with Professional Learning Communities 7. Instructional coaching and/or Teacher on Special Assignment experience preferred 8. Bilingual in Spanish preferred 9. Ability to work collaboratively with peers and administratorsApplication Deadline: 4:00pm on May 11, 2026 1.
