Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (Backend) - Transition & Termination

Overview In this role you lead a high-impact, full-stack product effort on Rippling’s Transition and Termination team in San Francisco. You’ll drive discovery, design, and end-to-end execution of next-generation, customer-facing HR features, raising the bar on quality and delivery. Expect to tackle complex global employment rules and multi-system integrations, modernizing workflows beyond legacy web platforms. You’ll partner with design, sales, support, and HRIS teams to shape product direction and reduce operational toil.
