Design Production Coordinator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Design Production Coordinator to support our Design Production Manager by owning the day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks that keep projects moving. This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture or construction who thrives on process, follow-through, and keeping multiple project threads organized simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesManage plan revisions from initiation to completion — tracking RFIs, permit comments, and miscellaneous updates and ensuring each item gets out the door in a timely mannerReview construction documents (CDs) in preparation for Quality Control (QC) review and coordinate the flow of plans to our outsourcing company and quality control team.Track and process QC redlines, ensuring comments are addressed and documentedServe as the point of contact for plan revision follow-through, reducing friction and turnaround time on recurring updatesMaintain and reference key project documents, including proposals, project worksheets, and design and production logsAssist with basic code research as needed to support project teamsWhat Success Looks Like: The ideal candidate takes ownership of plan revisions and independent follow-through on miscellaneous projects, with minimal direction, freeing the Design Production Manager to focus on higher-level project oversight and decision-making.QualificationsExperience in an architecture, construction, or design firm (1–3 years preferred)Program experience required in: Revit, AutoCad, Excel, Word – AI knowledge a plusFamiliarity with construction documents, permit processes, and RFI workflowsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open items across several projects at onceProficiency with project tracking tools and document management systemsProactive communicator who follows up without being promptedBenefitsPerformance based bonus programPaid PTOMedical, Dental and Vision options availableLife InsuranceESOP Employee-Owned CompanyIf you could get excited about this position, please submit your resume.submit application for Design Production CoordinatorTSG A&E State Licensesin North Carolina, all architecture and engineering is offered/performed by our associated firm, TSG-NC, P.C.0Years in Business0YTDDreams Come True0TotalDreams Come True0State Licenses
