BIM/VDC CoordinatorPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled BIM/VDC Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes throughout various project phases. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient collaboration among stakeholders and help optimize project outcomes through innovative design techniques and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage BIM and VDC processes across multiple projects.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Utilize Revit to create and manage 3D models and ensure they meet project specifications.Conduct clash detection using Navisworks to identify potential issues in the design phase.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including model updates and version control.Provide training and support to team members on BIM/VDC best practices and tools.Participate in project meetings to communicate progress and resolve any BIM-related issues.QualificationsProven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit & NavisWorks.Familiarity with MEP, Sheet Metal, and HVAC systems is a plus.Strong knowledge of BIM coordination processes and workflows.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.BenefitsMedical/Dental/VisionHSA/FSA Accounts AvailableLife & AD&D InsuranceShort-term & Long-term Disability Insurance401k  (50% match with no cap)Employee Assistance ProgramsHolidays OffPTO/Sick Leave  Email Your Resume In Word ToLance.Beyer@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
