Insidse Sales and Quotations Rep - Lighting Manufacturer

A custom architectural lighting gmanufacturer needs a well rounded inside sales quotations rep with work experience at a lighitng rep, distributor or manufacturer.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales and Quotations Representative. The position is located in Vernon, Los Angeles. The Inside Sales and Quotations Representative will be responsible for generating sales quotes, handling customer inquiries, and managing customer accounts. The role includes providing exceptional customer service and support, coordinating with other teams to ensure that sales and service targets are met, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services. Additionally, the representative will be involved in training sessions for staff and new customers, and assisting in sales management tasks as needed.QualificationsExperience working within commercial/architectural/industrial LED lighting industryExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsProven experience in Sales and Sales ManagementAbility to conduct effective Training sessionsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to work well in a collaborative team environmentProficiency in using sales software and CRM systemsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredExperience in the lighting manufacturing industry is a plus but we welcome experience at reps, or distributors as wellSalary range of between 90k to 120k depending on experience.
