Your precision, focus, and commitment to quality ensure our products perform exactly as intended—every time.What You’ll DoPerform detailed external visual inspections using microscopes to identify physical defectsVerify dimensions, markings, workmanship, and package integrity against specificationsConduct external visual and pre‑shipment inspections to meet internal and customer standardsOperate environmental test chambers (temperature, humidity, thermal shock)Load, unload, and monitor devices during testing while following defined proceduresComplete basic visual and electrical checks before and after testingAccurately document inspection results, test conditions, and product status in computer systemsSupport production test operations by preparing test hardware and handling devicesWork closely with production and quality teams to resolve discrepanciesFollow cleanroom and electrostatic discharge safety protocols at all timesWhat You NeedStrong attention to detail and ability to perform microscope‑based inspection – requiredAbility to read and follow technical instructions and production documentation – requiredBasic math, computer, and communication skills – requiredAbility to multitask and remain effective in a production environment – requiredSelf‑starter with accountability for assigned work – required5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, inspection, or testing – requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent – requiredAbility to lift or move 5–10 lbs. frequently – requiredWhat We OfferA stable role with a global technology leaderA collaborative, quality‑driven team environmentHands‑on work with advanced semiconductor devicesOpportunities to expand skills across inspection and testing operationsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsWhat Happens NextAfter you apply, our recruiting team will review your experience.
