We are seeking an experienced NC Programmer to support aerospace manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines, strong proficiency with NX CAM software, and expertise in machining aerospace materials.Key Requirements:Experience with 5-axis milling and turning NC programmingProficiency in NX CAM programming softwareStrong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, feeds, and speedsAbility to read engineering drawings and GD&TExperience with cutting tool selection and process improvementsAerospace manufacturing experience preferredResponsibilities:Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machining centersSupport machining of aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other aerospace materialsCollaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Machinists, and Quality teams to resolve production issuesValidate programs through simulation, prove-outs, and first article inspectionsDrive improvements in cycle time, quality, and manufacturing efficiencyQualifications:Associate degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Machining, or EngineeringPrior experience as an NC/CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment
