Journeyman Network Engineer

Perform routing and switching troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, wireless, and external connectivity for voice, video, and data services. Respond to and resolve network incidents, coordinating restoration for multiple simultaneous failures in large-scale environments. Execute break-fix support, provisioning, and service request fulfillment for network infrastructure components. Support proactive network monitoring and performance management to prevent service disruptions. Coordinate with architects and leads during high-severity incidents for rapid resolution and service restoration.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in network engineering or network operations roles. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher (CCNP preferred). Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise network operations in a 24/7 environment. Hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies (e.g., Cisco routers and switches).
