*Job Title:* Call Center Customer Service Representative *Job Summary:* A Call Center Customer Service Representative handles incoming and outgoing customer calls, provides information about products and services, resolves customer concerns, and ensures a positive customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. * Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, appointment confirmations, or customer support. * Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service issues promptly. * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and company policies. * Document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in company systems. * Process orders, returns, exchanges, payments, and account updates. * Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary. * Meet call center performance goals, including call handling time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics. * Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies. * Stay current on company products, services, and procedures. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. * Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills. * Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems. * Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
