Maintenance Technician – Catalyst ManufacturingJob Summary:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment used in catalyst production within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role ensures all machinery operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards. on production equipment, reactors, pumps, conveyors, and packaging systemsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsMaintain and repair equipment used in catalyst processing and chemical handlingDiagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtimeRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsAssist with installation and startup of new equipmentEnsure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA), environmental policies, and company proceduresComplete work orders, maintenance logs, and documentation accuratelyCollaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiencyStrong knowledge of industrial equipment and systemsExperience with PLC troubleshooting (preferred)Ability to use hand and power tools safelyBasic electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, wiring)Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments and perform heavy liftingMust be able to pass background check and drug screeningKnowledge of process equipment (reactors, dryers, kilns, etc.)Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO)PandoLogic.
