This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidatesCoordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programsMaintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracySupport benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiriesAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee informationEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesHandle employee requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and programsPrepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and reportsSupport performance management and employee engagement initiativesMaintain confidentiality of employee informationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative roleKnowledge of HR processes and employment lawsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsHigh level of confidentiality and professionalism
