What Youll DoDrive key VIP sales metrics, customer engagement, and net revenue.
Contribute to process and compliance initiatives for operational improvement.
Collaborate with Analytics teams to monitor reinvestment programs.
Develop and implement sales training programs for the VIP team.
Participate in customer escalation resolution processes.
Manage and coach a high-performing team effectively.
What Were Looking ForBachelors degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
4+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales, focused on relationship building and growth.
At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team.
Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and increasing revenue.
Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
Willingness to work on-site in the Pittsburgh or Cleveland market.CompensationCompensation: $43+ hour.
