Job Description Kitchen DesignerAre you a precision-driven Designer looking to join a high-end custom shop?Lloyd's Cabinet Shop has been a staple of quality craftsmanship for over 60 years. We are looking for a Kitchen Designer who treats every project like a work of art and understands the technical transition from a client's vision to a production-ready file.If you are tired of selling "off-the-shelf" solutions and want to work where your designs are actually built on-site by master craftsmen, we want to talk to you.The Role:Design & Consult: Guide clients through high-end options for kitchens, baths, built-ins, and full remodels.Technical Mastery: Turn concepts into presentation sketches and manufacture-ready files using Cabinet Vision (or related CAD software).Project Ownership: Perform field measurements to ensure 100% accuracy before production begins.Follow-Through: Ensure total customer satisfaction from the first sketch to the final installation.What We're Looking For:Experience: 3+ years in Kitchen/Bath design.Tech Skills: Proficiency in Cabinet Vision is a major plus, but we will train a master of CAD or other industry-specific design software.Precision: You understand that in custom cabinetry, a fraction of an inch matters.Communication: You can translate a homeowner's "dream" into a technical reality.Why Lloyd's?Stable, long-term employment in a respected, owner-operated shop.The opportunity to work on diverse, complex projects (Fireplaces, libraries, custom baths).A supportive environment where your expertise dictates your value.Company DescriptionLloyds Cabinet Shop, Pinconning Michigan has been building quality cabinets since 1961.
