The work spans several teams at once and covers programs that carry real visibility across the business, so this suits someone used to owning scope end to end rather than coordinating a single workstream.RequirementsSubstantial experience in a Technical Program Manager title, driving programs across multiple engineering teamsTrack record running scaled agile across several scrum teams, rather than single-team delivery or a scrum master remitComfortable partnering day to day with engineering, product management, design, and analyticsAble to frame problems for business stakeholders, name the help required and from whom, and drive decisions, blockers, and risks to a closeBuilds milestone plans and detailed schedules, and prioritises competing demands independentlyConfident reading dashboards and turning them into direction for the teamSmartsheet for scheduling, plus Google Docs and SheetsPractical use of AI tooling in day to day program work, beyond basic chat promptingSaaS or cloud platform environment experienceExposure to customer success or customer experience programs is usefulAble to work onsite in San Diego three days per week
