Copilot Studio Developer Location: Milpitas, CA Rate:$75/hr on W2We are looking for a talented Copilot Studio Developer / Full Stack Engineer with strong UI development expertise to design, develop, integrate, and support AI-powered business solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, full-stack application development, and modern UI technologies.The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to build scalable, user-friendly applications and AI-driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including AI agents, copilots, topics, actions, prompts, and conversational workflows.Integrate Copilot Studio with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and Microsoft services.Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly UI/UX interfaces.Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party and enterprise services.Work with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and related services.Implement authentication, authorization, API integrations, and secure data access.Develop reusable UI components and ensure cross-browser and responsive with UX designers, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Troubleshoot, test, debug, and optimize applications and Copilot solutions.Participate in code reviews, documentation, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, performance, scalability, and coding standards.Required SkillsHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and development of custom Copilots/AI agents.Strong experience with Full Stack Development.Strong frontend/UI development experience with React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Backend development experience with Node.js, .NET/C#, Java, or Python.Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs and JSON-based services.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and integrating Copilot/AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.Strong understanding of UI/UX, responsive design, accessibility, and modern web development.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred / Nice-to-HaveExperience with Azure services, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure API Management, or Azure OpenAI.Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent development.Experience with Microsoft Graph API and enterprise data of authentication technologies such as OAuth 2.0 and Azure AD/Entra ID.Experience with cloud-native application development and microservices.Experience working in large enterprise environments.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
