Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) located in Phoenix, AZ. The CNA will provide hands-on patient care by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Responsibilities include monitoring and recording vital signs, updating medical records, and effectively communicating patient needs to the care team. The role may also include light housekeeping duties and ensuring a safe and caring environment for patients. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and families to provide high-quality care is an essential part of this role. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in patient care activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility supportAbility to measure and record vital signs, and experience maintaining accurate patient recordsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with patients, families, and healthcare teamsKnowledge of infection control protocols and standards of hygiene in healthcare settingsCompassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable to meet the needs of diverse patientsCertified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Arizona (required)Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)Prior experience in home health care or a related healthcare setting is a plus
