Workday Absence Analyst
6-month contract with potential extensions25% onsite in California This role will provide client side support during a Workday implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Workday Absence Management configuration during implementation projectsGather and analyze business requirements related to leave plans, time off, and absence policiesConfigure absence plans, eligibility rules, accruals, and business processes in WorkdaySupport testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Expenses, and IntegrationsProvide recommendations for process improvements and best practicesAssist with data validation, reporting, and migration activitiesDeliver end-user training and support go-live and post-production stabilization effortsQualificationsExperience implementing Workday Absence Management solutionsStrong understanding of leave policies, accruals, and absence business processesKnowledge of Workday HCM and related functional areasOptional experience with Workday Payroll and/or Workday ExpensesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentHealthcare IT Leaders is a national leader in IT workforce solutions, connecting healthcare provider, payer and life sciences organizations with experienced technology talent for consulting and full-time hiring.
