Under the mentorship of a subject matter expert, students will complete a project for their assigned department. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support / Analytics Intern to support our Industrial Products Sales team while gaining hands-on, real-world experience. This internship offers exposure to Industrial Products Sales processes and provides project-based support to the INP Sales team while gaining exposure to industrial product sales, customer engagement, and project management in the coatings/finishing industry. Responsibilities: Proposed Projects / Responsibilities 1. Metrics & Reporting Support Track distributor adoption, sales leads, and product performance metrics. Develop and maintain Excel dashboards or Power BI reports for team visibility. Perform US/metric conversions and assist with calculations related to sales/validation data. 2. Customer & Market Support Assist with customer follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation for OEM/Tier 1 interactions. Conduct market research on potential industrial sales opportunities. Help organize feedback from distributor or integrator network. 3. Project Coordination / Process Support Track rollout schedules and validation processes for new INP products. Assist with small project management tasks, such as coordinating team calendars, deliverables, or documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement within team workflows. 4. Technical Exposure / Learning Opportunities Review CAD files or technical documentation as needed. Observe customer validation sessions and learn about retrofitting and product installation. Qualifications Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Analytics, or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in data analysis Good organization and time management skills ability to work on multiple projects Additional Requirements Pass a pre-employment drug test and be able to pass a drug test at any time during employment.
