We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Wine Associate to join our team and contribute to our reputation for excellence. Job Overview: As a Wine Associate, you will be responsible for managing our beer inventory, selecting and purchasing high-quality craft and specialty beers, and providing outstanding customer service. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our store’s premium image while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clientele. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide expert recommendations and guidance to customers on beer selections. Educate customers on different beer styles, brewing processes, and pairings. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and engaging store environment. Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional events to drive beer sales and customer engagement. Assist in creating attractive in-store displays. Qualifications: Wine knowledge is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications. A passion for craft beer and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
