divh2Facility Subject Matter Expert/h2pThis position is the subject matter expert for all areas of the facility. Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly skilled electrical technicians and salaried automation and controls engineers./ppEssential Functions/Key Deliverables/pulliDevelop and maintain a constant safety environment and provide necessary training updates while striving for zero incidents and full compliance with OSHA and Plant standards./liliDevelop and manage annual operating plans/budgets for the electrical maintenance and automation department./liliExecute all electrical preventative maintenance, implement process controls, and define projects to drive plant KPIs and continuous improvement./liliOrganize and coordinate the maintenance breakdowns of all equipment within assigned responsibility including maintaining a necessary inventory of spare parts./liliHire, coach, review, promote, automation engineers and electrical technicians./liliProvide regular training of personnel as needed to maintain new and existing equipment and ensure good GMP Principles are followed./liliComply with Environmental and Food Safety standards as set forth in plant policies/programs within Department responsibilities./li/ulpKnowledge/Skills/Experience:/pulliAssociate degree, trade school or significant experience in a related/similar field/liliStrong electrical and mechanical skills and ability to work through complex problems/liliStrong communication and leadership skills successful supervision in a manufacturing environment/liliExperience with Allen Bradley Programming, Robotics, and advanced automation/liliExperience with plant network and communication systems./liliExperience managing high voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems/liliMust have basic skills with Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc./li/ulpPhysical Demands/ppN (Not Applicable) Activity is not applicable to this position.
