Small Office
In-Person 4 to 5 days a week, some flexibility.
20 to 30 hours a week.
General office duties:
Business correspondence
Report creation
Office equipment operation
Filing best practices
Organizing and maintaining office supplies
Utilize accounting software to assist with bookkeeping tasks
Acting as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive staff by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
