As RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST you will handle the full recruiting life cycle across our Americas operations (U.S., Canada, Latin America), including sourcing, screening candidates, interviewing, and selecting top candidates for various positions (salaried and hourly), together with the onboarding process. We will also consider candidates who would like a reduced full-time position with full time benefits!What You Will Do Develop and implement creative recruiting campaigns, leveraging social media and networking activities Attend career fairs (including High School and College outreach) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and assist in crafting accurate job descriptions and understanding candidate profiles Ensure recruiting processes are fully compliant with country, state, federal, local laws, and company policies. Conduct preliminary interviews, maintain candidate information, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers and candidates Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate the final evaluation process, and prepare offer letters Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) Manage pre/post-hire processes including appropriate employment checks and background checks.
