We remain committed to our goal of Creating Life Without Limits for People With Disabilities!Salary: $21.50 to $22.79 per hour (with shift differentials)Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00am - 2:30pmGeneral Purpose of the JobSupervise Direct Care Staff during shift assigned, while ensuring the quality of care and therapeutic interaction for all program participants.Schedule and assign direct care staff to specific activities in order to provide and encourage maximum independence in each person's activity, i.e., ADL, laundry, recreation, etc.Maintain and post scheduled assignments and adjust these assignments based on the availability of staff, as well as the abilities and the requirements of the individuals, i.e., seven days of cluster sheets, appointments, and recreation trips.Maintain appropriate staff records relating to time/attendance, level of performance, deficiencies, counseling sessions, training needs, etc.Ensure cleanliness and order in all areas, i.e., rooms, bathrooms, laundry room, day room, grounds of the residence.Conduct and record fire drills and evacuations.Relate to staff with respect and in a professional manner displaying tact, courtesy, self-control, discretion, and ability to work as a team.Be aware of regulations and assist in the implementation of all applicable regulations.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervises up to 12 DSPs per shift. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
