Build modular and reusable front-end components in React.js to ensure consistency and maintainability. Develop scalable and secure backend services using Node.js for business logic and system integrations. Manage GitLab workflows, including branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality. Optimize application performance on both client and server sides through profiling and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring system stability and reliability. Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices while ensuring proper documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Qualifications 8–12 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering production-grade web applications. Deep expertise in React.js, including component design, state management, routing, and integration with REST or GraphQL APIs. Strong proficiency in Node.js, including asynchronous programming, API design, error handling, logging, and backend integrations. Hands-on experience with GitLab for source control, merge requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline configuration. Solid understanding of web fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser behavior for responsive and accessible design. Experience with automated testing frameworks for both frontend and backend to ensure high-quality, reliable releases. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to work in complex application environments.
