All of our positions are fully on-site in Parsippany, NJ.Position OverviewThe Incentive Program Coordinator is responsible for the administration, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting of dealer incentive programs. This position supports the company’s dealer client network by ensuring accurate program execution, timely payments, compliance with contractual guidelines, and operational efficiency across incentive-related processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced automotive services environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain dealer incentive, participation, and performance-based compensation programsReview, validate, and process incentive payments in accordance with company policies and contractual agreementsAnalyze dealer production data and program performance metrics to ensure payment accuracyReconcile incentive balances, identify variances, and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerPrepare recurring financial, operational, and ad hoc reporting for leadership and internal stakeholdersPartner with Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and Web Development teams to support accurate program administration and portal developmentManage the website portal functionality and work with the offshore web development team on updates, tweaks, reporting, and automation needs.Audit dealer activity, transactions, and supporting documentation for compliance with established guidelinesAssist in the implementation, testing, and rollout of new incentive initiatives and program enhancementsMaintain organized records of dealer agreements, program structures, and payment schedulesRespond professionally to client and internal inquiries regarding incentive calculations, reporting, and eligibilityIdentify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracyPerform general administrative tasks to support the quality of the programQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferredMinimum of 3+ years of experience in program management, financial operations, dealership operations, or related industry preferredStrong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail requiredMust be technologically-savvy with a basic understanding of web developmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting toolsMust have strong client-facing communication skills and ability to collaborate internally with cross-functional teams.Experience with a CRM platform preferred.Ability to interpret agreements, program structures, and financial dataExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting dealership or automotive F&I programsFamiliarity with vehicle service contracts, reinsurance structures, and dealer incentive modelsKnowledge of dealership operations and automotive retail environmentsExperience with CRM, ERP, or dealer management systemsCore CompetenciesFinancial AnalysisReporting & Data ManagementDealer/Client Relationship SupportOperational ExcellenceCompliance & Audit ReviewProcess ImprovementCross-Functional CollaborationCome join our growing team here in Parsippany!
