Civil PE Engineer
System One is partnering with an architectural firm seeking a Civil PE Engineer in the Englewood, Colorado area. Responsibilities include:
Lead site civil projects from start to finish, including initial due diligence, entitlement, design development, and construction administration
Develop comprehensive site designs, including intricate grading plans and utility layouts for water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage
Build surfaces, pipe networks, and alignments efficiently using Civil 3D, demonstrating advanced proficiency ("power user") skills
Manage project tasks related to commercial land development with minimal technical training required
Requirements
Professional Engineer (PE) license; Colorado license preferred
Deep knowledge of Civil 3D software and its functionalities
Experience leading site civil projects from inception to completion
Solid understanding of utility layouts and grading plans in land development
Proven ability to develop surfaces, pipe networks, and alignments efficiently
Experience in commercial land development projects
