Role Description We are seeking a skilled Residential General Contractor for a contract-based, on-site role located in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include overseeing residential construction and renovation projects, managing subcontractors, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and maintaining compliance with safety and building codes. This role will require hands-on management of project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients, and resolving any construction-related issues that arise. Qualifications Experience in construction management, project planning, and residential renovations.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and building codes.Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.Ability to manage project budgets and control costs effectively.Proven problem-solving skills to address construction challenges efficiently.Knowledge of tools, materials, and equipment used in residential construction.Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., General Contractor License) preferred.Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Familiarity with construction software or project management tools is a plus.
