Supervising Pharmacist

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug information, and offering excellent customer service. *Responsibilities* - Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently - Monitor drug therapies for interactions and contraindications - Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients - Oversee inventory management of medications - Conduct utilization reviews to ensure cost-effective medication use - Utilize critical care skills in complex patient cases - Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy in relation to medication effects - Apply aseptic techniques in sterile compounding - Collaborate with ICU teams for patient care optimization - Manage acute pain through appropriate medication therapy *Qualifications* - Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree - Active pharmacist license in the state of practice - Strong understanding of medication administration and pharmacology - Experience in acute care settings is preferred - Proficiency in utilizing ICU protocols and procedures Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our community.
