Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the care team to ensure quality patient care.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient careConduct physical and mental health assessmentsAdminister medications and monitor treatment plansObserve and report patient condition changesMaintain medication control and documentationTriage medical issues and coordinate care with providersDocument patient care accuratelyCollaborate with clinical and nursing teamsRequirements:Active RN LicenseAssociate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)BLS CertificationAbility to complete CPI training within 3 monthsMedication competency exam requiredExperience in outpatient, residential, or addiction care preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsFor more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
