Our Birmingham, Michigan office serves as our Commercial Headquarters and Concept Design Studio: a dynamic, design-forward space where strategy, innovation, and customer engagement converge.We are seeking a seasoned, highly capable Office Coordinator & Executive Assistant to oversee headquarters operations and serve as a trusted operational partner to three Senior Vice Presidents.Pretium Packaging, founded in 1992, is a leading supplier of injection-blow molded plastic containers, known for delivering superior quality, value, and customer service. With 20 manufacturing locations across North America, we provide innovative, high-performance packaging solutions to a diverse portfolio of brand owners in the U.S. and Canada.Why This Role Stands OutDirect exposure to senior commercial leadership and executive operationsHigh-visibility role supporting strategic priorities and day-to-day executionOwnership of office operations for a flagship commercial headquartersHands-on involvement in leadership meetings, offsites, and conferencesCollaborate with senior leaders to define processes and workflows for the operations of the Birmingham office, and workplace experienceCollaborative, innovation-driven headquarters environmentWhat You'll OwnOffice Operations & Headquarters ManagementYou will ensure the Birmingham Commercial Headquarters operates efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with organizational objectives.Manage the full scope of day-to-day office operationsOversee clerical and administrative workflows such as scheduling, work processing, reporting support, and coordination activitiesManage purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies, equipment, and shared resourcesOwn vendor relationships related to facilities, office services, hotels, and event partnersCoordinate building services, facilities needs, and maintenance activitiesPrepare conference rooms and shared spaces for executive, customer, and leadership meetingsSupport onboarding logistics and workspace setup for new hires and visiting employeesTrack office-related expenses and process vendor invoices accurately and on timeServe as a key liaison between the Commercial Headquarters and plant or corporate locationsDevelop, document, and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficient, cost-effective office operationsIdentify opportunities for procedural improvements and make recommendations to leadershipExecutive & Administrative SupportYou will serve as a trusted, discreet operational partner to three Senior Vice Presidents, supporting both daily execution and longer-range priorities.Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordinationCoordinate domestic travel arrangements and expense documentationPrepare executive presentations, decks, briefing materials, and meeting packetsTrack leadership action items, deadlines, and follow-upsMaintain organized digital and physical filing systemsSupport executive-level meetings, leadership offsites, and internal communicationsHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and sound judgmentHotel, Conference & Event CoordinationYou will manage external relationships and logistics for team events and conferences.Manage relationships with external hotel and event venue partnersCoordinate planning and setup for leadership meetings, team events, and commercial conferencesPartner with hotels on room blocks, meeting space, catering, and on-site logisticsTravel periodically to support on-site setup and execution of conferences or team eventsEnsure events are executed with professionalism and reflect leadership expectationsWhat You BringExperience & EducationBachelor's degree preferred5+ years of experience in office management, executive assistant, or senior administrative rolesExperience supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced environmentStrong familiarity with administering established policies, procedures, and workflowsCore CompetenciesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong judgment and discretion in handling confidential mattersProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage complex, interrelated tasks with minimal directionHigh attention to detail with strong follow-throughCreativity and problem-solving mindsetProficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to influence processes and foster effective collaboration without formal authorityWho Thrives HereOperationally minded and highly organizedComfortable operating independently and making informed decisionsEnergized by executive environments and shifting prioritiesService-oriented, polished, and solutions-focusedMotivated to grow within a corporate headquarters settingProud to create structure, consistency, and a high-performing workplace experienceReporting RelationshipThis role reports to the Chief of Staff / Director of Communications and works closely with commercial executives and cross-functional partners.Join UsIf you're looking for more than an administrative role and you want ownership, influence, and visibility within a national manufacturing organization, we'd love to meet you.Apply today and help power the workplace experience behind one of North America's leading packaging manufacturers.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
